The Direct Selling Association was formed in 1965. It ensures the highest standards of conduct in direct selling for customers and sellers. Kleeneze is proud to be a founding member.
The DSA code of practice has been endorsed by the Director of Fair Trading since 1987.
We are delighted to be a part of this code of practice, especially as we recognise the special relationship our distributors have with consumers.
Kleeneze and the DSA is committed to guiding the direct selling industry forward. Continuing to strengthen the image and reputation of direct selling is one of our main goals. This can only be done when direct selling is promoted in an open and transparent way.
Interested in working for Kleeneze? For a no obligation chat and to find out more, simply complete the form on the right. We’ll make sure an independent Kleeneze distributor is in touch.
Selling in people's homes is a privilege and we need to protect the opportunity we have to do that. To protect the code, it is managed independently.
The Direct Selling Association is there to make sure consumers get a decent level of protection. This cover should be just as strong as in other forms of retail. In most cases we feel that the customers' cover with Kleeneze is better than you would find in a shop.
It doesn't just protect consumer's though. Retailers are also protected. The code makes sure the recruitment process is clear and fair.
The Direct Selling Association is a member of the European Association of DSAs. This means there is a common Code of Practice throughout the EU.
'The Association's Mission is to protect, serve and promote the effectiveness of member companies and the independent direct sellers marketing their products and ensure the highest level of business ethics and service to consumers.'
'To see direct selling universally recognised and respected as one of the finest methods of marketing to consumers.'
